fix(download): 统一下载路由并更新全站相关链接

创建旧 /download 路径的重定向页面以兼容老链接
更新全站所有指向旧下载页的导航和内部链接
修复首页跑马灯的文字错别字（创绘基金→创汇基金）
调整启动器页面按钮布局与样式，添加下载图标
