ci(release workflow): 新增Linux AppImage构建及上传发布流程

更新了工作流内的产物上传注释说明，新增build-linux job构建Linux AppImage包，生成对应平台的更新清单文件，beta版本还会额外生成beta-linux.yml，最终将所有资产上传至对应发布版本，适配electron-updater的Linux自动更新逻辑。
