feat: 优化版本卡片交互与自动更新安装逻辑

- 为自动更新安装函数添加静默安装与安装后自动重启参数
- 重构VersionCard组件，新增设置页模式，支持整卡点击跳转更新页并显示查看更新提示
- 修复更新页面主按钮的禁用逻辑，仅在检查或安装中时禁用按钮
- 更新通用设置主页与关于页的VersionCard调用参数
